United Field Hockey Camps
Payment / Bounced Check / Refund Policies 

Payment

1.  All payments are by check, money order or cash. We don't accept credit cards 

2.  The first $150 is non-refundable. 

3.  Any payment made at check-in the first day of camp is considered a late payment / late registration fee and incurs a $25 fee.  We recommend you register and pay all balances due well in advance of camp.

Bounced Checks 

1.  A check returned to us by our bank due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a $20 United Field Hockey Camps fee plus the fee assessed by our bank (currently $10 per bounced check). The total bad check fee charged to you is $30.

2.  All of your payments after such an occurrence must be made by certified check or money order. 

Refunds 

1.  The first $150 is non-refundable.

2.  There are no refunds for any cancellations made within 10 days of the first day of camp.  (This includes no-shows the first day of camp). 

This policy is effective January 1, 2008 and supercedes all past policies.
