Packing List:
1) athletic apparel (shorts, shirts, socks, etc.)
2) cap, hat or visor
3) turf shoes or sneakers for the Astro-Turf (no cleats)
4) personal medication
5) alarm clock
6) bedding or sleeping bag & pillow
7) sweatshirt, sweatpants or equivalent
8) sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher)
9) toothbrush, towel & other toilet articles
10) water bottle
11) spending money
12) field hockey stick
13) molded mouthguard
14) shin guards
15) if you are a goal keeper bring your equipment.
The rooms in Colonial Square / Newport Hall are air conditioned.
